DECISION INTELLIGENCE
Notitia
We have developed a pioneering technology that enables future-oriented collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence. By combining the strengths of your employees with the capabilities of AI, we create a powerful symbiosis that will have a lasting impact on your operational business.
Symbolic AI
Notitia uses the power of symbolic artificial intelligence to derive facts and support the user in the execution of the process.
Expert knowledge
Notitia enables the integration of expert knowledge to derive more accurate results and provide better support.
Flexibility
Notitia offers adaptive and flexible process execution, process goals can be adjusted during execution.
Copilot
Notitia supports the user in a similar way to a copilot. It does not take full control, but offers useful insights and instructions.
Transparent, not a black box
Every recommendation from Notitia comes with its reasons. Behind each proposal lie the rules that experts have modelled, the experience from comparable cases and what was said in the conversation — and that is exactly what Notitia shows, instead of simply handing over a result.
That keeps every recommendation transparent, and the decision with people.
A closed cube gives a recommendation. It opens, and the reasoning comes into view — leading through rules, experience and language to the proposal. Explainable, not a black box; the decision stays with a person.
How Notitia works
From the model of a domain to a live case: how Notitia takes shape in the Designer and works in the Operator — in the control room and in an insurer's claims assessment.
In the Notitia Designer, the model of a domain takes shape — here, that of a control room. Data objects with their attributes and custom data types, their relationships and the domain terminology in several languages together form the knowledge graph that gives Notitia its expertise.
Building on this, tasks are assembled as activities in a graphical editor and connected, following the no-code/low-code principle. Expertise and process thus emerge in one shared model instead of in two separate tools.
A finished process is published and runs in the Notitia Operator as a live, collaborative session. Participants answer questions and follow the process together as a synchronised graph, in real time and visible to everyone.
Take Kinas, our AI-supported emergency call assistant: Alternis brings the conversation into the Operator, transcribed and translated. Notitia understands what is being said and suggests the event, town, street and house number. Only what the person confirms is taken over.
Notitia is domain-neutral — here it is at work in an insurer's claims assessment. For the next step, Notitia combines the experts' rule knowledge with experience from comparable cases and shows why it suggests that step. The decision stays with the person.
With every decision the process moves on: the case grows by what was decided, and the next step is ready. Because process goals can be adjusted during execution, Notitia follows the case instead of forcing it into a rigid sequence.
The perfect interplay
The application possibilities of Notitia are almost limitless. Its expertise combined with the precision of a customized AI solution opens up a wide range of possible applications. We will show you exactly how this works using the example of Kinas, our AI-supported emergency call assistance.
The address from the call goes straight into the incident record. Town, street and house number are suggested and filled in, the event is logged — and nothing is taken over until a person confirms.
We combine the simultaneous translation technology of Alternis with the strengths of Notitia. The result is a unique solution, tailor-made for control centers. In this specific example, the address information from the call is processed directly. Important content is not lost, so that the emergency services in the control centers can concentrate on the essentials: Saving lives.
This is just one of countless possibilities that you can take advantage of.
The art of the division of labor between humans and AI
Business processes play a central role in companies, authorities and organizations, as they have a decisive influence on economic success and the quality of results.
However, there are processes that are difficult to plan, often change during their implementation and depend heavily on the expertise of individual experts or employees.
Notitia was created for precisely these knowledge-intensive processes.
Notitia takes on the routine steps, a person the decisive ones. If the procedure changes along the way, a step is added and the process carries on without having to be replanned.
Knowledge that lives in many people's heads — rules, experience, language — comes together in one model, which Notitia follows to execute processes transparently.
Notitia Suite - A look behind the scenes
Notitia.Designer
In the Designer, the complete model of a domain takes shape: data objects, attributes, custom data types, relationships and domain terminology together form the knowledge graph that gives Notitia its expertise. Fundamental rules and dependencies are modelled directly alongside it, rather than maintained separately.
Building on this, tasks are assembled as activities in a graphical editor and connected into complete processes — following the no-code/low-code principle. Expertise and process design emerge in a single shared model, not in two separate tools that need to be kept in sync.
Notitia.Operator
The Operator is the runtime environment: a process completed in the Designer is published and runs there as a live, collaborative session. Participants answer questions, receive notifications, and follow the process together as a synchronized graph — in real time and visible to everyone.
Alternis is built directly in: follow-up questions and AI-assisted response suggestions are available immediately within the Operator, without switching tools.
